I live in the UK, is delivery included in the cost of my order?
Yes! that’s right, to offer the most competitive service, all UK deliveries do not incur a postage charge. We have included it automatically in the price. You can select from either 1st class recorded (tracked & signed for) mail, or standard 1st class mail (no signature required). Simply select your preference whilst checking out.
Can you ship overseas? (Outside the UK)
Yes, we can gladly ship our products overseas. Please ensure that you have selected the appropriate delivery option during the checkout process.
International Delivery (E.U countries only) – 7.99 or International Delivery (Outside E.U. Only) – 8.99. If you do not select the correct method, or have not chosen an international delivery option, your order will experience a delay while we contact you for correct delivery advice or alternatively we may cancel your order and ask that it is placed again with the correct method chosen.
There are some countries that we do not ship to for legal reasons. These include: Australia, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Lithuania, Myanmar, Norway, Russia, Sweden and Thailand. This is due to local legal or Customs restrictions. Please do not ask us to supply you if you live in these countries, or any other countries that have local restrictions that we may be unaware of. The onus is on the customer to know the local laws relating to their own country. We try to keep abreast of the legal status of all our products, but cannot be held responsible if an order is placed and subsequently seized or impounded by the authorities.
For participating countries, we will send via Royal Mail ‘Airsure’.
For other countries, we send via Royal Mail ‘International Signed For’.
All international deliveries are sent via tracked post, we will provide you with a tracking reference number to use.
All international delivery services are sent via priority Airmail, approximate E.U. delivery time typically takes 2-3 working days once dispatched. For orders outside of the E.U. delivery time is typically 3-5 working days.
For larger bulk orders, we will send via Parcelforce.

We can send you an invoice using Google Checkout to cover any additional postal costs. If you need further assistance, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our team via email.
How quickly do you dispatch the item?
For all UK based orders, we aim to get your order sent out within a maximum of 24hrs after receiving payment confirmation. In some circumstances beyond our control we may not be able to fulfill this, and will aim to get you order sent out within 48-72hrs maximum. We will advise via email in the unlikely event that this happens, and will keep you informed of the progress. Please check the ‘Site Updates’ on this website’s front page for more information, for example we may be on a holiday and unable to post orders.
Do you send a tracking number?
If your order is being sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (Signed For) delivery, we will then send a tracking number to your email address so that you can check the progress of your items online.
When checking out, if you choose regular 1st class mail (no signature required) we will not be responsible for the order following dispatch.
Can I upgrade my delivery service?
Yes, if you are a UK based customer and wish to upgrade your service please email us at shop@kratomsupply.net
If you require ‘Next Day Special Delivery’ services we can simply send an invoice for the total cost of your order via Google Checkout or Paypal. The total price is dependent on the weight of your order, so if you require this service please get in touch with us before you place your order. Please note that this service is time dependent, ensure that you advise us of your request as soon as possible. We operate this service Monday – Friday unless otherwise advised on our website. For orders to arrive on Saturday, extra charges may apply (levied by Royal Mail).

How do you pack your products for shipping?
All products are measured into individual plastic grip-seal bags and then labeled accurately. They are then shipped in a standard bubble-pack envelope or biodegradable mailing bag. Most orders are packed into an opaque, tamper proof metal foil envelope which is designed to shield your Kratom against moisture and heat whilst in transit. The outside of the shipping envelope contains no reference to the items it contains.
What else is included in my delivery?
Simply a labeled grip-seal bag securely packed inside an envelope containing the products that were ordered on our website. Your order may also include a packing slip providing relevant information about your purchase.
Do you label all the products inside the envelope?
Primarily for safety, secondly, these products are not scheduled in most jurisdictions, and in the event of an official inspection by authorities, accurately labeled products are more likely be delivered to the recipient in a timely fashion. Kratom is not a restricted product in the UK.
Do I have to sign for my parcel when I receive it?
If your order has been sent via 1st class recorded delivery you must sign for your parcel when receiving. A re-delivery or collection may be necessary if no one is available at the delivery address. This is the buyer’s responsibility. Signed for delivery ensures that the buyer has received the goods.
If you prefer to purchase goods and opt for standard 1st class delivery with no signature required, we shall not be responsible for the order once posted. Please ensure that you have selected your preferred delivery option when checking out.
How much is it if I buy ??g of Kratom?
Why not just add that much to your shopping cart? You will then see the full price on screen. If you change your mind and you don’t want that much, you can delete it from your cart afterward.
Do you sell ______ Product / Type of Kratom?
If you do not see it listed on our online shop, then we do not sell it. However we would love to hear from you if want to suggest us to stock a certain product or any different strains of Kratom – simply email us using this address: info@kratomsupply.net
If I make a large order, how do you ensure safe delivery?
If you order a large quantity or our products, we may split the order into separate packages. This insures more security on delivery. We will advise via email after an order is placed and paid for.
Where are you based?
Our sales facility is located in the North of England. From our distribution facility we send orders throughout the UK. We are a mail order only business, we unfortunately cannot arrange customer collection.
