Payment FAQ

Currently, we have two valid, secure payment methods you can use to purchase goods from our online shop:

  • Google Checkout
  • Bank Transfer

When you press the checkout button, it will take you to the checkout screen where you must fill in the required fields such as your name, delivery address, etc.

This part of the checkout process is very secure and protected with https security. Please do not press your browser’s back button once you have added your details to the checkout fields. If you need to change or add items to your order, press the ‘empty your cart’ button and start again. This will ensure that your order completes successfully and securely.

You must agree to the terms & conditions before you can proceed onto the external payment client (Google Checkout).

Once payment has cleared you will receive confirmation of your order via the email address that you left whilst checking out of the shopping cart. Please ensure that you type out your email address correctly as we will use this to contact you with important information regarding your order.

If you prefer, you can use our direct bank transfer to send payment for your order. You can take cash into any participating high street banks such as Barclays, or transfer funds using your online banking account.

If you wish to take advantage of using direct bank transfer for payment, just follow this simple process:

  1. Browse the store to check availability of your desired products.
  2. Email our team with your order request using the address: shop@kratomsupply.net
  3. After we send a confirmation email, transfer the correct amount into our account using the details we send.
